See How Our Online Planning Tool Transforms Your Wedding Planning:
Personal Online Planning Tool
As you know by now, there are several planning tools both online and those that are downloadable. We understand that each client is different which is why we customize the planning tools to best suit your needs. You will be able stay in the loop, keep communication open and most importantly, stay organized. Each client will have access to their own individual wedding. You can also grant access to any member of your planning committee. One of the many benefits is it automatically updates so everyone will be informed in “real time”.
Our checklists start from where you are now, whether that’s 12 months or 12 weeks before your wedding. You can pre-assign tasks to yourself, coordinator, fiancé, mother – whomever you’d like. The system allows you to leave questions and comments for the other planning members to see. It will also send you reminders so you won’t forget to do something important.
The calendar is perfect for scheduling payment reminders and vendor appointments. It is customized to your particular wedding timeline.
We can upload multiple timelines inside your portal. Some brides like to have a “day of” wedding timeline, one for their bridal party, and one for the vendors.
The design studio allows you to share your vision or help you create one by uploading your inspiration photos for colors, centerpieces, bridesmaids dresses, hair styles, and floor plans to name a few.
Guest List Management
Put your whole guest list here and keep track of your RSVPs in an easy manner. You can even sort by groups (Groom‘s Family/Bride’s Family/Etc.) and it includes the address, phone, email and reception meal options.
Seating Chart Management
Save time creating your seating chart by simply dragging & dropping each guest name from your spreadsheet into the table of your choosing. It’s very simple and a total time saver!
Store all of your vendor contacts in one place such as phone, email & address… Plus this makes it easy to keep track of payments made and when they are due.
Set a budget and stick to it. This allows you to list your estimates and the actual costs.
Keep all of your notes organized in this one area. Never forget something important again.
