How do I secure my date?
First complete the web form on the Showers/Events page. Someone will then contact you to confirm if your date is available. Once confirmed, you will need a $500 non-refundable retainer to secure your date. That amount goes towards your balance.
Do you offer payment plans?
Of course we do! Once you pay your $500 non-refundable retainer, we will work with you to determine a payment plan to have everything paid off within two weeks of your event. If your event is within 3 weeks of booking, you must pay your total in full.
Will I lose control of my event if I hand it over to you?
No way! We work with you to execute your vision. If you’re not sure what you want, we can help you come up with something. But, you will always have the final say.
Is it a requirement to get everything in the package?
Yes it is. We only offer all-inclusive packages. However, if your venue already includes chair covers, we will comp you $100 off your package.
How much time do you need for set-up and breakdown?
Our minimum is 3 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown. If your venue does not allow for this amount of time, you can add on additional laborers at $100 per hour. For example, if your venue only allows for 2 hours, you will have to pay us an additional $100 to complete the setup within two hours.
